At Walton Peak Flying High Primary and Nursery Academy we recognise the challenges that families face in bringing up children and there may be times when you need extra help and support. If you do need extra support please come and talk to us, there are many ways in which we can work together with our offer of early help.

Providing early help to our pupils and families at Walton Peak Flying High Academy means we are more effective in promoting support as soon as we can. Early help means providing support as soon as a problem emerges, at any point in a child’s life, beginning with the foundation stage.

Angela Dolphin, our Early Help Lead conducts Early Help Assessments liaising with other agencies and professionals as required before starting work with our families.

Angela is available to have an informal chat with you or arrange to meet and discuss the issues that you are having. Angela also facilitates our Nurture Group and she is part of our Attendance Team.
